First impressions

I have never used an air fryer or even been in a kitchen with one. That’s how foreign they were to me. Fast forward, I purchased my first air fryer which is this Chefman 4x Turbo because I want crispy things but not all the oil and I want to revive food that was fried and needed to be reheated. Still intimidated the machine sat boxed in my living room for a week before I decided to try reheating some deep fried fish. I hooked it up pressed a few bottoms and in about 6 mins I was a pro. My fish was crispy like when it was first cooked! I love it. I’m impressed. Next trial is raw food preparation, that will be the true test. Still impressed by my fish though.
