Beautiful luggage

I received the blue set (Elemental). It's beautiful! The color is more like a medium steel blue. I am very happy with the quality of these bags.

Large piece goes over weight

We have flown twice with the large piece. Each time we’ve had to repack in the airport to avoid the $100 overweight charge. We can really only fill it 3/4 full to avoid going over.

Nice Sizes

I purchased this luggage for an upcoming cruise. This is my first hardshell luggage so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. It’s Samsonite - a brand I trust - so I’m sure it will be ok, but I’ll know after the cruise. The hardshell is thinner than I thought it would be so I’m not sure it would hold up to airline abuse if I ever choose to fly. Again, I’ll find out when the time comes. This set is, in my opinion, nicely sized. The carry on is small, and that’s good. The large piece is quite big and deep - also good - I’ll be able to get by with just one suitcase. The blue is very pretty.

Not worth it

I live samsonite and been buying the brand for the last 7 years. I needed something quick and reliable so I opted to buy this one, that was a big mistake. First is ugly, the lines fit add nothing and the color make it outdated especially the logo. Second, the handle is pretty slim this is out of preference but it’s not grippy and not cushioning like the other samsonite luggage. Third the space in the carryon is pretty small that only fit the necessary stuff for two days for a kid or teenager. I bout it a lil over a month ago and is ripping on the side. Not durable, gonna return it.
