Red light stays on

Red light came on. Vacuumed intake grill area and light stayed on. Directions indicated replacing filter. Ordered new filter and replaced. Red light stayed on. Nowhere in directions does it reference a reset procedure. NOT HAPPY.

Mini Miko air purifiers
