Slushies and soft serve are runny
I was so excited to get this appliance, because it’s so versatile. We’ve tried the recipes to the letter and this machine can’t produce a slushie or soft serve at the level of coldness it should. Slushies are watery as are the soft serves. The flavor is good but the slushies produced are as if they already melted. We have it on the counter with 1 ft clearance on each side. Perhaps it’s just a bad one. We went thru all of the troubleshooting for a week. We are going to return it and look for another manufacturers appliance.
happily converted ninja follower...
purchased after much consideration of what brand and style of machine i wanted. while i usually go for ninja products, the condenser products available here may have swayed me to being a cuisinart girly for life! i have autism and having the ability to make cold slushies (as well as ice cream etc) really helps me regulate myself without constantly freezing ice cubes i'm dairy free so the ice cream took a few tries (ended up more milkshake to start) but now i've got the method down it is DELISH and the pink lemonade recipe has been a household fav with all visitors. also self cleaning? phenomenal. did i mention i'm neurodivergent and that kind of nonsense just gets in the way of me havint a good time ie having to take the whole thing apart is so much effort compared to running the warm water through the system all my friends are jealous, waiting for my work holidays to bang out some frozen cocktails wirh the girls, am extremely pleased i took the plunge and purchased a machine i had wanted for a long time :)

Not as good as expected
Even though the machine was easy to set up, the performance of the soft serve setting has not been good, it has not yet come out firm it is always very soft and doesn't hold its shape, you definitely put it into a cone, the soft serve option was the main reason for buying this machine.

Runny Soft Scope
Followed all the instructions and recipe and the soft scope ice cream was runny and was more a drink- very disappointing. Also doesn’t empty completely so cleaning is quite messy with the contents running down the machine and all over the counter too.

Fab machine
Great machine, need to read instructions but fab that you can make ice cream fairly quickly and the cocktails are awesome

We have followed the ice cream recipe precisely that came in the recipe book and it is always super runny and there is no way you could ever eat it with a cone. Very disappointing.

We're sorry to hear that the 6-in-1 Slushy & Soft-Serve Maker did not deliver the results you expected. For best results, ensure the base mixture is thoroughly chilled before processing, as warmer ingredients can affect the final consistency and may result in a softer product. If the ice cream remains runny after following the recipe and operating instructions, please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190 and reference Ticket #8901044051 so we can assist with additional troubleshooting. Thank you for sharing your experience—your feedback helps us evaluate product performance and improve future models and consumer resources.
Worst machine ever. Waste of money
It makes ice-cream that is so soft, it will not go into a cone like the video shows. Even using their recipe it makes nothing better than a slushy cream

Runny
Slushies are great, soft serve ice cream not so great. It's too runny for cones, have to use a bowl 😞

We're glad to hear you're enjoying the slushy function of the 6-in-1 Slushy & Soft-Serve Maker, though we're sorry the soft-serve consistency wasn't quite what you expected. For firmer soft serve, try starting with thoroughly chilled ingredients and, if the finished product is too soft for cones, transferring it to the freezer for a short period to achieve a thicker consistency before serving. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us continue improving our products and consumer experience, and we thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
