Robot was not "NEW"
When my robot arrived it had been repacked in the box. The box showed a lot of wear. It will not hook up to my WIFI. Cord for charger had been stuffed in the box and the extra brushes and filter were not in the box. The robot was just in the box, not covered in plastic as every new item has. Trying to get in touch to get a refund

Got this first of November and it’s not working already
Great
I love my Shark- she cleans great no complaints. I love watching her go all over and sweep up all the dirt and I don’t have to worry about it.

Terrible company that will not honor your warranty
This company has done everything it can to avoid honoring its warranty. I have called numerous times and got the run-around every time I have tried to explain the problem with this purchase. This item should have been replaced over a year ago. They will give you different things to try, (including videotaping it doing nothing), until your warranty runs out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...

Great
We have had this about a week and it is amazing! It is a bit loud, but it is a vacuum so we schedule it's cleanings accordingly. It gets under furniture and picks up so much dust and crumbs, it has even has picked up legos! My only issue is I went to purchase a second one for our to upstairs, and it is not available any more. Great purchase.
My worst purchase thus far.
I have had several different brand robot vacuum over the years. this one is easy set up, great connectivity to the wifi and app, and a nice docking station. Problem is it does not pick up for me. I have 4 dogs and laminate wood flooring. I use the robot vacuum to clean on days I don't. I literally swept up a small pile of dirt to test and when this vacuum ran over it there was a trail as wide as the brush of dirt behind it. It did pick up a small clump of dog hair out if the pile I had swept up. This vacuum may work better on carpet and just isn't low enough to the ground to do laminate flooring.
Shark robot
This vacuum is super great! I order it for my second floor. It has made a. Huge difference in my life. I have 3 dogs and two cats. I run it daily.
