Horrible delivery system

I have been waiting for three days to be delivered, and I have nothing yet. I had received three e-mails , telling me that the chair is coming. I have been losing my time and other people's time waiting at my home, and until today, Feb 21 3:50, I have not received anything but an email. I have called Macys, Federal Express and nothing yet. It is upsetting and frustrating. I only heard from Macy yesterday tellling me that they confused the address.So I have no chair.

Good purchase, great price

We purchased this recliner about a week or so ago. My husband finally put it together and I like it, but it may be a little too narrow on the sides for him. It is comfortable, I love the color and design but my husband will need to get used to it a little more and I feel as time goes on he will be fine with it.

Recliner.

It's a good recliner. Assembly was fairly easy. Massage feature did not impress me. Light. Cushion looked more solid and firmer in the picture. It is soft. It may not work if you have a back pain. Overall, it's an average or above average recliner.

Glider not a rocker

The sale price was great and chair arrived in a box on my front porch. I was very disappointed because it is described as a swivel rocking chair recliner. After I assembled it and tried it out I saw that it is not a rocking chair but a glider instead. I tried the massage and heat features and they are nothing special. I prefer my heating pad. The massage was just vibration and kind of loud and annoying. I considered returning it because I want a rocking not a glider recliner. I just got rid of my old one because I wanted a rocker. Overall it looks nice and is small scale but it is a glider and I wanted a rocking chair. It is not as described.

Easy to assemble

We bought two recliners and they are exactly what we hoped. They were packaged neatly which made it easy to assemble. The chairs itself are great fit for us. It's not big and bulky. The massage and heat are perfect addition to these great, stylish chairs. We love it.

Fraud

The chair arrived in very poor condition. It's not new; it's recycled from other uses. I'm completely disappointed with Macy's.
