Wake Me Up Before (I) Go Go!

A 3-minute workout is a great way to wake up before you start the day. Gets your circulation moving and sends some blood to your brain. A 10-minute weight-loss workout is considerably more difficult. I gave it 4 stars because the voice activates at random times, so once you're done, you have to turn the actual rocker switch off.
