Goth Watch but Not Macys

Beautiful watch from Bulova HOWEVER Macys sent me a used watch. The protective stickers were already removed and watch button/battery were pressed in. Additionally, links had already been removed from the band (I have bought this watch before as a gift for someone and it came with more links). Also the color yellow was not as vibrant and there was a return receipt in the box. Disappointed with Macys. Recommend product but not from Macys.
