Go up a size.
I purchased these in my exact size and they killed my feet. They were so tight and small and felt hard. They were too cute to give up on so reordered a whole size larger. They feel so much better. They are sturdy shoes but also comfortable. They don't feel like walking on clouds but they're comfortable enough to spend the day walking. But definitely go up a whole size in my opinion. My feet are also narrow. Also my husband and daughter both said they don't look a whole size larger on my feet. I live in the PNW and do believe my feet will stay dry as well.

Painful
Great price and Nice colors. I purchased a whole size up and still fit was too tight and narrow. The tongue and back of the heels were painful against the ankles. Sorry I had to return just too uncomfortable and painfully hard to break them into over time.
