I ordered two items and only received one. I’ve contacted the company twice about the missing item and have gotten nowhere. The lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. It’s frustrating to pay for products and then have to chase down a company just to get what was already purchased. At this point, I feel ignored and disappointed by the entire experience. I expected much better professionalism and accountability. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this business.
