I love it, I use it for work, and travel, perfect size , very lightweight, carry lunch and drinks etc.

Disappointed

Ordered on 12/17 and was supposed to receive by 12/19 but it never happened. Have been a loyal Platinum customer for years. Chatted with customer service but they could not do anything because it was not a priority ship.
