Worth Every Penny and then Some!!!

The Zwilling family of plant-fiber cutting boards have become a valuable asset to my cooking tools in my kitchen. The durability is simply solid, strong and does not shred like some wooden boards. I love that I can scrub these boards down (I have the black ones) and they look brand new every time. The texture is smooth, with some of the boards I won having the drip grooves which are perfectly sized for steak runoff or catching some of those juices that normally run onto the countertop against my wishes. The boards clean up easy with a scrubbing pad or a microfiber cloth and some light soap/water. I love the versatility of these boards as some are large enough for steaks and/or chicken destruction while my others have handles making them easily moved from one area to another. Personally, I use these handled cutting boards as service platters for either small charcuterie platters or even to serve up sandwiches with a bowl of soup conveniently set next to it. Love each of these boards and am not really sure why I waited so long to replace my plastic boards. For anybody concerned about the concern surrounding microplastics, this is a solid choice to replace those old boards - they will not disappoint. I now own seven (various sizes) of Zwilling plant-based cutting boards and could not be happier with my choice to upgrade. They are worth the spend and look fantastic in any kitchen.
