Unsatisfied

Bought this luggage Dec 2025,after one international flight the flange got chipped. Tried to use the 10 year warranty and after 3 weeks of communicating with Ricardo Beverly Hills sending photo they concluded it’s not under warranty.My take is the craftsmanship is not up to par. Mind you my cheap Walmart luggage survived the flight with no damage at all. Bought this believing the craftsmanship is good as the advert 10 year warranty.

Don’t buy this suit case

Don’t buy this suit case at all. Once you buy it and try to register it for the warranty, the original brand will give you a very hard time. I gave them a screen shot of the receipt, it still wasn’t good enough. They wanted store location, phone number everything! I said I don’t have that info because I bought it from Macys online. Luckily Macys sent me another suit case. I told them that I will not be registering this suit case for warranty and if it breaks I’ll buy another one, and I’ll give this suitcase a bad review because you gave me a defective suit case.

Wow!!

This is probably the best luggage I own. So comfortable. Wheels are so smooth! The color is so pretty and vibrant. The quality is amazing! The handles are comfortable to grasp. I love love love it!!!!
