Enjoying the Challenge of Stainless Steel Pans
I’m moving away from the non-stick coating pans (fed up with replacing them every few years as they start to flake) and looked to Americas Test Kitchen. These pans were an honorable mention and what sold me was no rivets at the handles to capture baked-on food. The oil doesn’t pool around the edges because the pans do not warp. I still haven’t mastered the art of not getting the food to stick, but I’ll get there.

Had to replace the old one that finally couldn’t be cleaned. Heavy duty pan. Great quality. Better with butter than oil.

Best Pan I’ve Ever Had
This pan is sooooo nice! I’m used to using cheaper non stick or steel pans, and the difference here is astounding; so worth the price and so glad I snagged a discount. The no interior rivets is so nice and this pan is a breeze to use and clean. My girlfriend says “I feel like I’ve been cheating on this pan my whole life until now.” We both love it so much!

Demeyere Belgian Steel Pan
The Demeyere Belgian Steel Frying Pan is an excellent cooking utensil. The handle is long and stays cool so handling the pan is easy and safe. I do use coconut oil for frying eggs at middle stove temperatures with great results and a Silicon spatula to preserve the stainless steel surface. Cleaning is easy with warm water and dish soap with minimal to no water staining. Highly recommend.
