Disappointed

When on the “delivered” page of my Macys app, I swished to the left to view the more detailed description. To see if I was confused. The item I purchased on the delivered page is linked to the stone blue 2 piece pj set on a model. Further down that page there is a paragraph describing the set. A Ralph Lauren Polo pj set that includes a short sleeved shirt and draw string pants. Apparently something was overlooked. I see another reviewer experienced a similar situation. I realize that things are overlooked when dealing with so many items, but stores used to honor their “mistakes”. I got no where with customer service. It’s easy to make purchases on an I-phone but complicated to resolve any issues.

The photo shows a pyjama and shiny but you shipped only a shirt. That is deceptive advertising.
