Missing chairs / broken leg

Shipped with only 2 of 4 chairs. They did ship the additional 2 but 1 leg broken so waiting on a response / replacement.

Because this is a large furniture shipment, in rare cases the boxes may arrive at different times, or there may be unexpected transit delays/misrouted packages. These carrier-related issues are not something we can fully control—and we never want them to happen (it’s a loss for us as well).

As soon as we received your message, we followed up with the factory and the carrier, and we shipped the missing chairs to ensure you received the complete set. For the broken leg, we also arranged support to get it resolved so you can use the chairs properly.
