Bad Clasp

Earrings will not stay secure in my ears. The clasp on the pearl necklace is impossible to fasten yourself. I will have a different clasp put on which defeats the point of the savings.

Damaged upon arrival

The package did not look damaged when the UPS guy handed it to me. But, when I opened the box, the clasp was fastened but the string of pearls was broken about two inches from the clasp. The string was frayed at both ends. Whoever packaged the gift box should have seen this when they packaged it.
