Disappointed

I’m dealing with exactly the same issue The other customer that left a review about having Macy’s return this poor quality sofa. It’s been a month and a half. I’ve been trying to get them to pick the sofa up and return it and to give me my refund I am as of today I am still getting the don’t worry we will take care of it for Macy’s. As the other customer stated, I am so disappointed in Macy’s I would never ever order anything else from Macy’s. What they should do is not represent stream deal as a company because it’s really bad look for Macy’s.

Tiny couch.

Very small. Pictures are deceiving. This couch is from a third-party vendor not Macy’s. I scheduled a return and pick up the next day as it was much too small. I was told it needed to be returned via UPS and they would send me a shipping tag which they did. I was told they needed to pack the couches back into the box it was delivered in. Unfortunately I no longer had the boxes as the delivery/assembler took them with them when they left. Even though, the boxes were vacuum sealed, and would’ve been impossible to put the couch back into the boxes. For four days now I’ve been fighting with Macy’s on how to return this couch and get my card credited back the cost. Macy’s is taking no responsibility for the return of this item as they have told me during every customer service call that they are “not responsible for third-party merchandise”. This is a shame. I’ve been dealing with Macy’s furniture and purchasing from them for many years. I’ve never had an experience like this. I will never purchase for Macy’s again.
