Cute, but not worth the hassle

The mirror arrived defective. The magnet that should close it was not glued in on one side. I'm still in the process of getting a refund, as an exchange isn't an option since it wasn't shipped or sold by Macy's. I went to the brand's website, and several comments mentioned receiving broken or defective mirrors that they exchanged for new ones. The only good part is that I purchased from Macy's, so the refund should be direct. The brand's refund policy looks a bit cumbersome: you have to provide proof of your reason with pics and videos, then get the refund approved before you can mail it back. Again, still waiting on the refund.
