Missing parts and horrible service

a very frustrating experience and would not recommend this company, especially for large furniture purchases. I ordered two dressers for my baby’s nursery and both arrived with missing parts. After multiple emails, I was told replacement pieces would take 2 to 4 months. I am pregnant and due in a few weeks, so this was not reasonable. When I requested a refund because the dressers are unusable, I was told I had to disassemble, repackage, and return them before any refund could be processed. I had already assembled them, spent hours doing so, and no longer had the boxes. At this stage of pregnancy, taking apart heavy furniture is not realistic. Instead of offering real help, they suggested I ask family or friends to assist and arrange the return myself. The lack of empathy and accountability was disappointing. If you purchase from them or any third party through Macy’s, inspect all items before assembling or discarding the packaging.
