Cheap Quality

This item is made of CHEAP quality! IKEA products are heavier and more durable. It’s a shame that Macys would sell such cheap quality items like this. Do not buy

Very Bad experience with Macys and the Seller

Purchased the TV Console and it arrived damaged one leg of the table was broken. Its impossible to contact the seller and returns are a tedious process. Still on going conversation with Macys for the pick up. Why should the buyer arrange and pay for pick up when the product arrived broken.

Tv stand

The product is very գuality and looks great overall, but unfortunately it arrived with a noticeable dent. This damage affects its appearance and makes it less appealing than expected. While the design is nice, the condition upon arrival was disappointing.

Terrible

The side board fell part when we tried to put the screws in. The fiberboard just crumbled. Can not be saved. So disappointing since we bought it from Macys. Going to throw it away.
