The Baby Trend Trooper SLIM 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat converts from rear-facing infant seat and rear-facing toddler seat to forward-facing toddler seat as your child grows. This latest version of the Trooper has been tested to the new FMVSS 213a Side Impact Safety Standards. With 5-position shoulder height adjustment and 2-position crotch buckle for seat adjustment, the Trooper Convertible gives parents the ultra-convenience for installation and adjustment. The rear-facing recline flip foot allows the Trooper to get great installation angles with ease.

Poor Design

I've read the reviews, but based on the pics, the reviews are based on the version without the side impact protections which is my opinion the better option, but for some reason they don't offer that seat anymore. This version with the stationary styrofoam side impact protections it the most rediculous design! Tge styrofoam protections are too close together & if you have a bigger kid, he or she would not be able to use this seat as they would not be able to get their pas the stupid end protections. What makes it worse is you can't remove them. Do not buy this as the pictures on the reviews are misleading, its not the same carseat.

Super Easy to Use

Very pleased with this car seat. It is really easy to install and works nicely in our compact car. The instructions made it very easy to ensure we were installing it and using it correctly. To top everything off, we really enjoy the clean look of the seat.

Comfy

So my daughter loves her new car seat. She's 9 months and it fits her perfect. It also fits perfect in my 2017 honda pilot, but i'm not sure if this would fit good in a tiny car. My only complaint is the straps move a whole lot, so if you have a child who hates their carseat and moves a lot, it makes it harder to buckle them in.

Seems so comfortable!

I bought this for my one year old as his next car seat and it’s so roomy and comfortable looking! It’s a bit tricky to install and the straps get twisted sometimes but other than that, it’s a great seat!

What a great car seat! At first it took a little figuring out how to attach it to the seat, but eventually my husband figured it out, and we couldn't be happier with it! Would highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Great seat

This car seat is fantastic. It is narrower than other seats we have had. The cup holder is within the side of the seat rather than sticking out. It is comfortable and fits my big 2 year old well. It comfortably hugs my child ,feels safe.
