Pretty cup but don’t keep it warm

This is a beautiful set of mugs and was excited to received them. The size and look are great, but we found that they do not keep the coffee hot for very long. Disappointed because we really like them.

Inaccurate delivery

I ordered two sets of cups. You delivered 4. I was charged for 4 sets. I only want two!! I am not physically able to go to stores for returns thus I ordered on line. You made a big mistake. Any suggestions?
