Good purchase

I’ve used this pan a few times now and it’s wonderful. Everything cooks perfectly and the pan itself is easy to clean. It is a little heavy if you’re not used to cast iron but I believe worth it for the good cooks

Beautiful, great quality pan

This is a great and versatile pan. The fat that it can go from the stovetop to the oven and back is amazing. It’s heavy and great quality. I ordered the yellow one and it’s beautiful. Such a. I’ve pop of color in my very neutral kitchen. Can’t wait to keep experimenting with recipes in this beauty.

Well made

This is worth it. Been in search of a quality cast iron that would not break the bank. This is it. It is heavy, solid and well made. I have used it for several months and so far it’s performing as it should both in the oven and on the stove. Love the modern design.

Love my new braiser pan

Ohhhh my oh my what a beautiful pan and my new favorite. Heavy duty and love the non stick. The butter yellow is beautiful against my dark blue and grey kitchen. Thinking I need more of these in different sizes. Made rice, Fideo and spaghetti sauce so far but looking at other recipes. Wanting to make a one dish in the oven with it. Loved that the tomato sauce didn’t ruin the cast iron. Totally excited about my new pan and looking forward to my next dish.

Yellow enameled cast iron 3.5 qt

Light Yellow color is pretty. Braiser is very heavy so it s not to used by older ladies, be careful using it in a glass stove . I have used it two times so far. Panhandlers get very hot. Food cooks well homogeneous and creates a tinny crust. It’s very easy to clean with sponges without metal . I had to store it Inside my oven because I am afraid it’s too heavy for a lazy Susan pan storage . I will try it using pon the over.
