Awful Experience with Foreo
I was excited to get this, but I didn't realize this fairly simple looking device would do nothing at all without using an app. AND the app seemed to require intrusive amounts of personal data to register and operate. AND the app apparently provides no real info privacy or security at any point. AND one apparently is forced to use the app Every. Single. Time. one brushes one's hair. Which I can't do, because reasons. AND reviews in the app store complain that there are advertisements every single time you use it. Before I even got it registered, I already hated it. This is a big NO for me. All on the off chance that its use is beneficial. I'm not blaming Macy's for this--I love Macy's--but I put it straight back in its box and am returning it. Sorry, I can't even speak to whether it does any good or not. Can't recommend this unless you don't mind all the difficulties.
