Not the service I expected

Today I received a delivery of a dresser I purchased from Macy's. Granted I bought the dresser at the 70% off sale, so I received a great price. I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Macy's, and have always been pleased with the delivery service, which has included contacting me prior to delivery and then assembling the item onsite. Today, no phone call prior to delivery and they left an extremely heavy box on my front steps with no notification. THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE I EXPECT FROM MACY'S! If this is the new standard, i can take my business elsewhere. I would rather pay a local furniture company to deliver a piece vs have to move a 70 lb box of pieces on my own. I can't rate a box of pieces to know what to say about the item.
