Bad Design Modular Pieces Dont Stay Connected

I’m very disappointed with the Xizzi 128'' × 96'' Modular Sectional Sofa. The design looks nice in pictures, but the actual functionality is very poor. The biggest issue is that the individual sofa sections do not attach securely to each other. Even when everything is connected the way the instructions say, the pieces still separate or shift. When someone sits on one side, the entire section moves and slides, which makes it feel unstable and uncomfortable. Another problem is that the sofa wobbles on the floor, even though all parts are assembled properly. Instead of feeling solid and sturdy, it feels loose and poorly designed. For a modular sofa, the sections should lock together firmly, but this one does not. Overall, the quality and stability are very disappointing. Because of the constant shifting and wobbling, it’s not comfortable to use and doesn’t feel reliable. I would not recommend buying this sofa.

Great!

The installation was very easy, and my whole family says it’s very comfortable.When we had some questions about maintenance, we contacted the seller and they patiently guided us through everything. Overall, this was a very pleasant shopping experience, and we are very satisfied with both the product and the service.
