Paper clip necklace

I love the necklace but find the clasp to be a great visual design and awful to open. (And yes, they sent me the instructions. I have a Masters degree and still can’t work it. So I just wear it!

Pretty and trendy

Although very pretty and trendy looking, the hinge clasp doesn’t snap securely. It closes but periodically opens. I don’t think it’s user error because when not on, I still can’t get the hinge tight

looks good, but...

Love the look, but it is very hard to open and shut the clasp, which is the focus of the necklace. I bought several - one for me and 3 for gifts. I'm debating sending them back. I need to figure out if the clasp loosens up after us. So I have it out to try to open and close it over and over to see if it gets easier.
