I received a used jacket. With a Macys retag on it and the care label has been completely removed. I can’t exchange it because they are now out of my size. How disappointing

Stylish and a compliment getter!
This is a gorgeous, true to size, lightweight (not puffy), and perfect fitting jacket. I bought this jacket about a month ago first in Olive and was so impressed by it that I then proceeded to purchase another one in Black. I have also received compliments on multiple occasions when wearing it. I wear my jackets with both boots and leather tennis shoes. A++
