Difficult Instructions. Great chair.

Love the chair. It works great. Text was VERY small and illustrations were not clear. Took several days put together.

Remote never worked lift recliner unusable

We purchased a lift recliner from Macy’s on 4/10/2026 for my sister who needed assistance safely lifting herself from a seated position. The chair was shipped and delivered on Thursday, 4/16/2026 by vendor Clihome. We immediately discovered that the most important feature,the lift function, did not work at all. Even worse, the chair became stuck in a reclined position with no way to manually return it upright, making the recliner completely unusable. Contacted Clihome on 4/20/2026 and provided everything they requested, including a video showing the remote not working & photos of the recliner. After weeks of back-and-forth,Clihome agreed on 5/7/2026 to send a replacement remote and provided a tracking number. However, the package was never actually turned over to DHL for delivery. It has now been over a month since purchasing this recliner. The lack of urgency, follow-through, and customer support from Clihome Factory is extremely disappointing. Expected better quality from Macys.
