Poor quality & worst furniture purchases I’ve made

I would give this product and Macy’s customer service a ZERO star if possible! ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I purchased two Gaomon Farmhouse Queen Bed Frames for my daughters’ rooms, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst furniture purchases I’ve made. The shipment arrived late, and one of the headboards was already broken right out of the box. During assembly, multiple pieces on both beds broke, making the beds structurally unusable before they were even fully installed. We followed the instructions carefully, but the materials appeared to be very poor quality and could not withstand normal assembly. The biggest frustration has been the return process. After spending hours assembling and then disassembling both beds, I now have to repackage these extremely heavy items for return. Getting Macy’s and UPS to coordinate a pickup has been a nightmare. These boxes are so large and heavy that many customers would need to rent a truck just to transport them to a UPS location. I loved the farmhouse design and storage concept, but the poor quality, damaged parts, and difficult return process made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this bed frame.
