Missing Parts

Received order and there were several missing parts. The package did not come with written assembly instructions. Was told I have to watch 3-5 days to receive an email from the seller, who would be able to further assist.

Not what I expected at all

It was extremely low to the ground, the pillows were not comfortable or up high enough, there was no bounce to the seats. Every time someone sits on it you have to completely fix and fluff everything. It looks beautiful so if you want a couch for show, it's great. However, if you want quality and comfort for real life use, this isn't it.
