Horrible Instructions

I purchased this item thinking it would be easy assembly (as I’ve purchased boxed items before). Boy was I wrong! The instruction manual was horrible to understand. There were no written instructions, just pictures. To top it off the pictures weren’t the best either. Pictures did not indicate LEFT/RIGHT/TOP/BOTTON. I assembled it 4 times and put it back together 5. I called customer service as printed on the instructions and their system started that they were offline and would get back to me once someone was available…… Im still waiting. After putting it together I wasn’t happy with the results. The finish was off, glides were off and simply wasn’t please with the purchase. Huge regret!
