Gaomon oversize receiver

I purchased 2 Gaomon oversized recliners. Day one of delivery I have called text and email the company Trinity and Macy’s customer service and PayPal to either refund or replace 2 recliners. Do not buy these recliners. The arms will not fold out. I have rips in the fabric black spots on the fabric. The back piece will not line up with the metal to stay on. I received no instructions so this was like building the chairs myself!! The weight of the chairs are 300 pounds and they want me to deliver them to UPS Because Macy’s will not let me return them to the store. I’m stuck with two chairs that are nonfunctional & damaged. I will not purchase anything at Macy’s ever again or use PayPal. This is fraudulent online. I’ve tried for weeks to this resolve the issue!!! Took pictures, had phone conversations and emails.l will report this to the better business bureau!!!!

Dirty and broke

This would have been a nice recliner but….. came with dirty black spot and unable to the sides to extend as described in the instructions. . They need to run the instructions by AI because they are not good at all! In the instructions it says to pull the sides until you hear two clicks but that does not work on either side. I pulled back the fabric to look at the inside and there is nothing in the assembly for anything to click. There is a hole when you pull to extend where the black round piece looks like it should go but no matter how hard you pull it almost gets there but does not hold. So, I called a family member over who is 6.3 ft tall and 175lbs who just came back from mountain climbing and he could not get them to stay! When we got one side close the other side would give in! Just not working as described! I would not recommend. Does not look as good as the pic!
