Recliner was delivered and the power does not work. So far no resolution has been made by the company.

Terrible recliner in quality and workmanship!

Terrible recliner in quality and workmanship. I will be returning it. The false advertising made me purchase it. I'll be returning it since I have no use for a piece of junk!

DO NOT buy this recliner!!

The picture looks great but, I was totally shocked when I opened the box! First, the material is like plastic or rubber! The chair was so small - nothing close to “over-sized”, which was stated in the advertisement. I was really aggravated when I was looking for the back of the recliner and the arm rests. Then - I realized there was a plastic bag of foam stuffing - you had to stuff the arms and back of the recliner yourself! I couldn’t believe Macy’s would sell an item like this! I have been a Macy’s customer for a long, long time - and never have I seen anything so inferior and deceptive! Macys needs to be more careful in who they partner with - if they plan on partnering with 3rd party sellers!!

PICTURE IS NOT ACCURATE

THIS CHAIR IS SO SKINNY AND THIN. PICTURE DESCRIBES AS OVERSIZED AND THAT MUST BE FOR A CHILD CAUSE AN ADULT DOES NOT FIT. VERY HEAVY BOXES TO TRY AND OPEN AND PUT TOGETHER. NOT SATIFIED-- WILL RETURN
