Crushed ice, not ice maker

I was exited to get the icemaker, it looks good and it is a nice size dir a counter top. The problem is the ice. If you want crushed ice it is perfect for someone else. The ice crises was dissolving so fast and became just water added to my drink instead of cooling my drink.
