iHome digital alarm clock

Do not order this alarm clock takes a battery. I tried to return online and I was prompted to return in store. Went into Macy's and the sales clerk could not do it. He called customer service and I spoke to a person for almost a half hour. She said to check my email and a label was sent. When I got home I checked my email and it said return complete. Shame on Macy's for playing this game. ALL PRODUCTS WITHIN THE TIME FRAME SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE RETURNED WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. This is totally dishonest and just bad business.
