Below average performance

There are very frequent Bluetooth connectivity issues, especially when using more than one device. On top of that, the sound is super weak. If you have anger management issues or bad nerves, buy at your own risk. Sound isolation breaks down as soon as you start moving, no matter which ear tip size you use. Because of this, they are absolutely not suitable for workouts. No complaints regarding battery life and water resistance — everything is fine on that front.

WELL WHERE DO I START I GUESS LET ME GIVE THE POSSITIVE. FIT IS GOOD, MUSIC SOUND IS GOOD.....YEP THATS WHERE IT ENDS. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE THEM OUTDOORS YOU MIGHT ASWELL JUST HAVE THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE COME MEET YOU WHERE YOUR AT BECAUSE DURING A PHONE CALL ALL THE OTHER PERSON ON THE OTHER END HEARS IS EVERYTHING AROUND YOU. NOT HAPPY AT ALL FROM A BRAND COMPANY.

Great Earphones

To get the best sound, we recommend ensuring a tight seal in your ear canal by angling the earbud slightly downward and gently twisting it into place. Please experiment with all the provided eartip sizes to find the best fit. If the issue persists, try testing the headphones with a completely different phone or tablet. You can also reset them by tapping both earbuds three times, making sure to hold the third tap for 5 seconds, before placing them back into the charging case and trying again.
