My favorite eyeliner pencil.

I have purchased this several times and it's my favorite! It does not crumble and get little pieces in your eye like some pencils do. It's a soft, smudge line and lasts well.

not impressed - too dry and smudges

I am not impressed with this eyeliner for a couple of reasons: - too dry - smudges and does not stay on. I won't buy it again.

Very hard and dried out

This eye pencil was unusable as it was very hard and dry. I tried to get a resolution from the company, but got a "canned" answer. It would cost me more to return it (postage) that was it was worth. Be warned.
