Seems like it has changed

I have been purchasing the Olive Green Retractable waterproof natural eyeliner for years. It is the ONLY make-up I buy. I do not use anything else. I use this one because it is natural and sustainable. Lately, however, I am having trouble with the product getting into my eyes and making my eye swell up. There also seems to be a lot less product in the chamber of the twist up. Many times, I twist it up far enough to use it on my eye, only to have the chunk fall off and become unusable. So not as much eyeliner to begin with and then even LESS as it falls off and can no longer be applied. Not as happy as I used to be with this product. But I have not yet found another one that matches the reason I chose it in the first place.

Issue with eyeliner

Purchased plum color in eyeliner. Eyes began water then within an hour eyes became goopy. Got eyeliner off. Eyes are fire red and burn
