I like the diamond clean smart 9700 because of the numerous settings options that covers any concerns or needs that I may have in my dental care. I also love the durable charging travel case. I would have given this 5 stars, but my last diamond clean only lasted 7 months and the stem that held the brush just broke. Was not dropped or damaged in any way. I bought another one, but at this price I expect it to last longer and if it does not, this is the last one I will ever buy.

Great product

I have been a longtime fan of all things Phillips. My latest purchase of the Diamond Clean toothbrush has taken me to a new level of appreciation. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth every cent. Every time I use it I feel like I’ve just been to the dentist for a cleaning.

Horrible quality control. Tho Customer sat superb

I have been using this same model for more than a decade, but I have to purchase a NEW ONE roughly every year as the same issue recurs -- the motor gets louder as the metal bar in the main body gets looser and eventually the brush no longer works. This last one only worked for 3 months before same thing occurred.
