Ice maker cowsar (It’s not this brand)

I had the experience with the Cowsar brand and a smaller ice maker machine, I wanted a bigger one, I ordered this one but after I received it I opened it, I realised that it is not the Cowsar brand it also makes a little noise when pouring the first ice and when it makes the last ice it gets stuck I have to be moving the tray to take it out or that it falls correctly, for this reason,I think I will return it
