Discoloration on iem.

I am highly disappointed with the condition in which I received my order. There are visible discoloured spots on the item, which is unacceptable for a new product. I would appreciate either a full refund or a replacement as soon as possible. Please let me know the next steps to resolve this issue. Thank you. I have attached photos showing the discoloured spots for reference and would appreciate a prompt resolution.
