Deceptive Advertising

There was am image of a 'proprietary" no-slip mattress featured in the advert and in the description. Alas, the daybed did not include the mattress. After I called to request the missing mattress the advert was changed. The image and reference of the no-slip mattress disappeared. The advert was then changed further to read: mattress not included. I'm very disappointed in Macy's. I was relayed to a third-party seller who was no help and Macy's was no help. Macy's failed to standby products advertised on their site. This is the epitome of bad seller practices. I plan to lodge a complaint with the relevant parties in the state.
