Extremely Disappointed
I purchased this unit because of the great comments other purchasers made. However, I would never recommend this unit to anyone else due to the sellers response to my issue with the unit after I received it. I was very happy with the unit until I realized the CD player would not work. I contacted customer service and was told to simply return it to Macy's for a full refund. I did that and could see the unit was received back to the initial seller, a third party to Macy's. A few weeks went by and I received the original unit back to me and it had been repaired. I was not happy as there was zero communication to me that the unit was being repaired instead of a refund issued. I took it out of the box and the first thing I noticed was one of the legs on the bottom was snapped off and simply thrown into the box. I again contacted the seller and was told a supervisor would need to handle my issue. That was several days ago and I have not heard anything. Terrible Company!!!!
