This loft bed is well

This loft bed is well made, sturdy, and looks great! It works so well in a smaller room by opening up floor space for our daughter. She loves that she has space under the bed to hang out, read, play, etc. Great product at a great price!

The instructions were clear and

The instructions were clear and it was fairly easy to put together. The only problem we had was with installing the railing for the stairs. The majority of the holes did not line up. I also don’t like how there is nothing securing the bottom of the stairs to the frame of the bed. They can swivel a bit even after the brackets on the back were installed. I may add a bracket of my own to secure it.

We love the loft bed

We love the loft bed and mattress! High-quality, great craftsmanship, and the mattress is super comfortable (I’ve fallen asleep on it). My daughter loves it all! She’s so happy.

The bed we received is

The bed we received is fine however I intentionally sought out a bed with stairs vs a ladder because I was worried about my grandson going down a ladder in the middle of the night. My problem is that a standard riser on stairs is 7" give or take. The riser on these stairs double that. It's very strange. It is a giant step up each stair and a giant step down on each stair. It was awkward for me when I climbed up to make the bed. With shorter legs it's going to be even more awkward. There should be more stairs added. I'm rethinking the ladder.

Two places I felt frustration

Two places I felt frustration with this experience: 1. Communication- I ordered one product, but all communication after the fact denoted two separate items. I thought there was an error at some point. It would be better if the two items were communicated as under the single product I ordered. 2. Quality - there’s a visible dent on one of the boards. It’s not worth the effort to replace it, but it is disappointing. Also it’s not as sturdy as I would have hoped for a full size bed with a ten-plus, soon to be teenager using it. It’s not like I bought one of your low-end options either- it was just a bit disappointing.
