Great bed, easy build!

I usually try to buy high quality furniture that will last my life. But my 3 year old won't want twin bunk beds forever, so I really didn't want to spend thousands on a super sturdy one. This bed had the light scandi wood tone and style that I wanted. The weight limits also worked well for us. I was pretty concerned and skeptical because of how many reviews I read about missing parts and painful assembly process. But it was easy and painless for me. I laid out and counted every piece including hardware- all there. Then I assembled it pretty quickly without a single issue. I added some extra slats for each frame because our 🥑 mattresses calls for double what comes with the bed. (I didn't realize they sell a premium slat roll or I probably would've just ordered them. ) The boards I got at my local hardware store are slightly thicker but it's not been an issue. I cut them very quickly with miter saw and screwed them down to the frame in between the others. All in all- fun and easy project. I even stacked the twin frames by myself and wrangled the heavy mattresses in! (I'm stubborn and impatient). So I'm completely satisfied-- and was downright giddy since I had pretty low expectations. Maybe I lucked out or maybe quality/QC has improved. We've been using it for a month or so. My husband looooves sleeping on the top bunk and I've had a very cozy nap on the bottom with my son.

Quality materials, bed feels very sturdy and safe! Putting it together took some time and pieces could have been labeled more clearly, but over all very happy with the purchase!

Good, pleased, would buy again

Very good bunkbeds for the money, really enjoy them, perfect spacing for an 8 foot ceiling home, took about 2 1/2 hours to assemble the first one, and about an hour and a half to assemble the second set

Wanted to love it

I wanted to love this bed! Wood feels very light and cheap quality and it's very loose and rickety even when you tighten everything down, I think it's really unsafe for kids to be honest. Also they stickers they put on each piece are impossible to get off! they get stuck on every piece of wood and you'll need a LOT of go-gone to get them off. . . Solidity of bed is the bigger issue though of course. . . .

Better than most but still lacking

I was looking for a bunkbed that was solid and sturdy, and I didn't want to waste money on a bed that was cheaper in price, but would only last a few years so I decided to go with the max and Lily Scandinavian twin bunk bed. Assembly was fairly easy And it seems like all the materials are good quality however, my only gripe is that the top rail for the top bunk has a lot of movement and therefore not as solid and sturdy as I'd hope for. It seems like it is not the best design. Thankfully, I did get it at a sale price, but I would not have paid full retail price for this bed.

Awesome bunk

Overall great bunk! Kids love it. Ages 5 and 3. Perfect size. Looks nice too. Except for one board. It looks to have not been painted properly or something. Not very happy about that when you pay so much for something. Would love to have that one piece replaced.
