Doorbell won’t sync

After just a few weeks the doorbell will no longer sync to the home base. I have followed all the instructions but I never get a beep anymore telling me it’s ready to sync.

Not so great camera

Impossible set up. Had issues trying to get it set up to my network and fought with it for well over an hour trying to contact tech-support and all I could get was AI. It’s pretty bad when a company’s AI will come back and tell you, there’s a software glitch.
