Other occasion to buy:A beautiful Christmas tree with all its beautiful pre-lit lights. A statement piece for sure.. it's excellent!

Making a statement beautifully

I love my 12' prelit tree!!! I was a little concerned about receiving it on time based on previous reviews, however, I received it in a very timely manner (less than a week from when I placed my order ). It's now placed in my home with presence underneath. Can't wait to celebrate Christmas with my gorgeous tree!

Great slim profile tree- very natural

This tree was fairly easy to assemble. The four sections connect quickly and it comes with instructions for spreading out the branches to give it a natural look. We’ve gotten lots of compliments about how natural it looks (especially when lit) and the slim profile is perfect to be able to walk around it. I only wish the cord were a little longer.

Never received purchases item

I ordered a Christmas tree on Nov 22. It was listed as in stock and delivery was suppose to be on Nov 29. I have, as of Dec 21, still not received the tree. I spoke to customer support and asked for my purchase to be cancelled and refunded. Three days later Ali received an email that my request was denied. I have since sent two email to customer support but heard nothing. This is no way to treat a customer. This is completely unacceptable and false marketing by Macey’s.

Tree Hugger!

Love, love, love it. I never thought I would purchase a faux tree. I couldn't be more smitten. Its super easy to assemble and no more getting tangled in lights! I needed a really tall tree. This was perfect.
