I love my 12' prelit tree!!! I was a little concerned about receiving it on time based on previous reviews, however, I received it in a very timely manner (less than a week from when I placed my order ). It's now placed in my home with presence underneath. Can't wait to celebrate Christmas with my gorgeous tree!

Never received purchases item

I ordered a Christmas tree on Nov 22. It was listed as in stock and delivery was suppose to be on Nov 29. I have, as of Dec 21, still not received the tree. I spoke to customer support and asked for my purchase to be cancelled and refunded. Three days later Ali received an email that my request was denied. I have since sent two email to customer support but heard nothing. This is no way to treat a customer. This is completely unacceptable and false marketing by Macey’s.

Never Received

I never received it! I ordered it on Black Friday. I received an email on 11/24 it had shipped and was expected by 12/6. When it didn’t arrive on 12/6 I called and was told it was never shipped. Very disappointing!

Other occasion to buy:Portion of the lights stopped working 5 days after putting up the tree. I am afraid next year more will stop working. Disappointing to think that I’ll have to put string lights on this tree.
